Job Type: Full-time | Monday through Friday | Hours 7:00am-3:30pm

Position Summary:
Geringhoff is seeking welder/fabricators to fabricate and weld components using blueprints, work instructions, and fixturing. The Welder/Fabricator is responsible for fabricating and welding components to specifications using work instruction and blueprints to meet quality standards.
Welding/Fabrication Primary Responsibilities:
· Weld and fabricate steel components using fixturing, work instructions, and blueprints
· Work with and communicate needs to the Head of Fabrication and Welding
· Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and productive atmosphere living 5S principles
· Some limited computer use
· Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company rules and regulations
· Other tasks as requested by department head
Required Education and Experience:
- Welding Certificate
- 1-2 years welding/fabrication experience in a shop setting.
Welding/Fabrication Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Must be able to pass a 1G V-Groove weld in both Mig and Tig welding processes
· Must have basic knowledge of operating fabrication related equipment
· Must have basic understanding of how to read blueprints
· Must be punctual and reliable
· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Must be a self-motivated reliable individual
· Must be quality driven
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must pass pre-employment screening.

Pay: $21.87 - $29.67 per hour
