Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through community events, networking, referrals, and outreach

Educate prospects and clients on a variety of insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial

Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly goals

Actively participate in local events and partner with organizations to grow brand awareness

Serve as a trusted advisor to help individuals and families protect what matters most
What We're Looking For:

Proven sales success - you have experience in roles such as sales representative, business development, account executive, or customer relationship manager

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
