Bussers/Server Assistants are responsible for basic upkeep of the restaurant, helping to keep the restaurant clean and presentable.
Basic cleaning duties such as cleaning the windows and setting up busser station before service are expected. Other duties may be watering plants and or sweeping floors, etc.
During dinner service bussers are responsible for guests' water and table maintenance throughout dinner service. They assist servers in guest needs during dining.
Bussers are also responsible for polishing of glassware and silverware toward end of the evening to help with side work and re-stocking for the next day. They also take out the trash and recycling at the end of the night.
This is a tipped position.
The ideal candidate would be available 3 to 5 days a week. (Wed, Fri, & Sat)
Our restaurant is closed on Sundays & Mondays.
