David Rodriguez Insurance Agency is seeking 2–3 motivated North Carolina P&C-licensed insurance producers to join our growing agency as Insurance Specialists. This is a remote-first opportunity with optional access to our Raleigh-area office during business hours.

Your Opportunity:
- Sell Auto, Non-Owner Auto, Motorcycle, Home, Condo, Renters and Umbrella insurance.
- Minimum production goal: $10,000 in issued premium per month.
- 2% commission when the monthly goal is not reached.
- 5% commission when the monthly goal is reached.
- $250 production bonus for each additional $5,000 above the initial $10,000 goal.
- Example: $30,000 in monthly P&C premium can produce $2,500 in P&C compensation under the proposed formula.
- Additional Life incentives are available for qualified, licensed producers.
Requirements:
- Active North Carolina P&C insurance producer license.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-up.
- Reliable internet and professional remote-work environment.
- Life & Health license is a plus.
Pay: $32,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
