You do not need roofing experience or sales experience.
We'll teach you everything you need to know.
Your job is simple:
- Meet homeowners in neighborhoods we're actively serving.
- Introduce Ragnar Roofing.
- Offer a complimentary roof inspection.
- Schedule appointments for one of our roofing specialists.
You're not climbing roofs, collecting payments, or closing sales. Your focus is starting conversations and setting quality appointments.

What You'll Do
- Walk established residential neighborhoods.
- Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently.
- Schedule complimentary roof inspections.
- Enter appointments into our mobile CRM.
- Work closely with our sales team.
- Represent the Ragnar Roofing brand with integrity and professionalism.

Schedule
Typical field hours include:
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Saturday opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling for qualified candidates
Compensation
We reward performance.
Typical earnings:
- New Team Members: $700–$900/week
- High Performers: $1,000–$1,500+/week
- Top Performers: Unlimited earning potential
