Key Responsibilities

Lead front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations with an “owner’s hat”.

Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic Crew Members and Leaders.

Ensure brand standards are upheld, focusing on hospitality, quality control, and speed of service.

Monitor sales growth and manage labor to maximize profitability.

Drive marketing initiatives and execute promotional campaigns.
Essential Qualifications

5 years of food service experience or a relevant hospitality degree.

ServSafe certification required.

Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and make solid decisions.

Experience in operational execution in both FOH and BOH.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Excellent interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions with guests and team members.

Comfortable in a fast-paced cafe environment with no fryers or grills!
Working Conditions

Minimum 55-hour work week with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
