Dycos Staffing recruits for Metromont Corporation-a leader in Prestress Concrete Manufacturing, located in Winchester, VA. This position is entry-level, with no experience required. Starting hiring rate is $19.50.
- Placing steel rebar and strand in bed to prepare for producing concrete products
- Preparing forms and place in bed before laying concrete
- Pouring concrete into prepared form
- Stripping and cleaning beds to prepare for next pour
- Material handling including rebar, wires, wood forms, etc.
- Patching/ repairing of cured product as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work in outside conditions
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening

**Previous construction experience preferred but not required
