We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality customer service to join our crew of Lighting Designers. If you love working with people, and want to be part of making someone’s special day even more magical, this might be the opportunity for you!.
What You’ll Do:
In this position, you will be assigned clients from 4-6 different venues. Your responsibilities will include:
● Communication with clients - Some clients will want one of our pre-designed lighting packages, while others may want something custom. Clear communication is key in finding out what exactly a client is picturing for their event.
● Design and Feasibility - For those who are wanting a custom design, it will be your responsibility to get creative and come up with a design they love and fits their budget. You will also be trained on specialized rigging techniques, so that you will be able to design something that is not only beautiful, but feasible.
● Sending Invoices - Once a client is ready to book, your job will be to get their invoice approved by the Sales Manager and sent to the client in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
The primary attributes we are looking for are outgoing, creative, able to learn quickly, and confident in customer/client communication. You will also need to have knowledge of basic math, as well as solid computer skills. Experience with design software is a plus.
