RJ Nelson Co has an immediate need for a person who would like to continue their career in the HVAC Installation industry. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work and would like to work with others who have the same can-do attitude. A person with previous HVAC installation (new construction/residential) background is required along with these qualifications:
- Experienced in sheet metal fabrication/new construction/residential replacements
- Proficient in time frames and deadlines (time management)
- Independent problem solving abilities
- Highly organized and clean

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to fabricate sheet metal as needed
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
