As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the overall success and daily operations of your store—driving sales, ensuring profitability, and creating a culture where every team member delivers on our mission: that every customer leaves saying “WOW!” — impressed by our incredible service, incredible selection, and incredible experience.

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, expenses, inventory, and profitability

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, and hold team members accountable for results

Drive sales growth through proactive merchandising, local marketing, and community involvement

Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures

Maintain accurate financial reporting and manage controllable expenses to achieve profit goals

Lead by example in providing exceptional service and promoting Ace’s Helpful culture

Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment

Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role

Proven success in driving sales and developing teams

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
