Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented Seasonal Window Cleaning Technicians with strong potential for year-round positions based on performance. You'll clean windows on homes and low-rise commercial buildings. This outdoor role lets you develop specialized skills, work independently, and grow with a supportive, excellence-driven team.
Key Duties
- Clean windows on residential homes and low-rise commercial buildings using the latest tools, including pure water systems, squeegees, and eco-friendly solutions.
- Learn to upsell additional services and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper ladder use, safe driving, and tool use.
- Maintain work order details and customer change orders.
- Safely drive company truck.
Requirements & Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, or window cleaning preferred (but not required—we provide training).
- Customer service or sales experience (especially in home services) a plus.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Familiarity with pure water systems or window cleaning tools a plus.
- Ability to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience required.
