With another Jackson location on the horizon, we're looking to add talented leaders to our team now so they're ready to help lead our next chapter when the time comes.
Whether your strength is in the kitchen or the front of the house, we're looking for people who love developing teams, creating great guest experiences, and leading by example.
If you're an experienced Kitchen Manager, Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader who's ready for the next step, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
You'll begin by joining one of our existing leadership teams where you'll learn the Rock'n Dough way while making an immediate impact.
As part of our leadership team, you'll:
- Lead shifts and coach team members.
- Deliver Epic Flavors through consistent food quality and execution.
- Create Unforgettable Vibes by building a positive culture.
- Model Headliner Hospitality with every guest interaction.
- Train and develop future leaders.
- Help manage labor, food cost, inventory, and daily operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Take ownership and help the restaurant succeed every day.
As we continue to grow, qualified leaders will have opportunities to step into Kitchen Manager, Front of House Manager, General Manager, and Area Leadership roles.
We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
- Experience leading either kitchen or front-of-house teams.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Passion for coaching and developing people.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to grow your career with a company that's growing too.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
- Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
