Inside Sales & Lead Recovery Specialist
Location: Las Vegas, NVSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour + Performance Bonuses + Commission
About the Position
Proficient Patios & Backyard Designs is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales & Lead Recovery Specialist to join our team.
This is not a cold-calling position. We provide you with qualified leads from homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to reconnect with these prospects, recover missed opportunities, and help turn them into signed contracts.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners who previously requested an estimate but were unable to be reached.
- Rebook appointments for leads that were never contacted or require additional follow-up.
- Follow up with customers after a sales appointment that did not result in a sale.
- Build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, and use professional sales techniques to recover opportunities.
- Schedule contract signing appointments with customers.
- When appropriate, prepare and execute contracts yourself to close the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Enter detailed notes after every customer interaction.
- Keep customer files organized and ensure all information is updated promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Work closely with management and the outside sales team to maximize every sales opportunity.
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, phone sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Experience using a CRM system or the ability to learn quickly.
- Organized with excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to earn performance-based commissions.
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour starting wage.
- $20 bonus for each lead successfully rebooked after a second or third follow-up attempt.
- $30 bonus for recovering and rebooking appointments that were previously canceled.
- Commission when you personally close and sign a customer to a contract.
- Referral commission when you recover the lead and schedule it for one of our Design Consultants to close.
