- Maintain a professional security presence
- Conduct patrols and monitor assigned locations
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
- Enforce safety and security procedures
- Provide strong customer service while maintaining security awareness
- De-escalate conflicts professionally
- Work closely with site management and emergency personnel when needed
- Valid Delaware Armed Security License / Red Card required
- Previous armed security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Flexible per diem scheduling
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability
