Job Summary
24HourDoor is a locally owned, family-operated company specializing in commercial and residential door installation and repair. We are looking for a motivated, reliable Door Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering high-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities
· Install and repair commercial & residential doors
· Service overhead doors, entry doors, hardware, and operators
· Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions
· Perform preventative maintenance
· Travel to job sites throughout Western NY
· Communicate professionally with customers
· Maintain clean and organized company vehicle
Qualifications
· Mechanical aptitude required
· Construction, carpentry, or garage door experience preferred
· Ability to lift 75+ lbs
· Valid driver’s license (clean driving record)
· Dependable, self-motivated, and professional
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
