Klaben Auto Stores, a successful, family-owned and operated business for 50 years, is looking to add a Mobile-Service Coordinator to its current team of professionals. Focus on customers’ home and business on-site service will include daily interaction with customers.
Summary of Essential Duties –
- Listens effectively to customer’s descriptions of vehicle issues and history and recommends appropriate vehicle service;
- Communicates mobile service expectations effectively to customers prior to the mobile service appointment;
- Prepares repair order in advance and obtains customer approval;
- Communicates with customer re any issues affecting commitments re work, cost and time of completion;
- Communicates effectively in real time with customer, mobile service technician, parts department, and management about status of service process;
- Checks with technician to assure all work on the work order has been completed before Technician leaves work site;
- Performs follow-up Thank You calls with customers.

Education and experience we are seeking --
- One year work experience in automotive service support or in related field;
- Ability to use computers for mathematical calculations, word processing, emails, research, training and testing;
- Ability to maintain brand and ASE certifications if needed;
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds with assistance.
