Position Highlights
- Start 15–25 hours/week, increase as schedule fills

Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleanings according to company standards
- Work independently or on a team
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow checklists and quality procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours
- Friendly, trustworthy, and dependable
- Must pass background check
- Experience preferred but not required — we train!
Compensation
$15–$22/hour + tips + bonuses
(Performance-based increases available within 30–90 days)
