RN Patient Care Unit Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The PCU Coordinator supports the Nurse Manager in daily unit operations, staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness. This role helps coordinate education, onboarding, competencies, audits, evaluations, and communication to promote safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
Due to changing organizational needs, work hours may vary.

IP Nurse Manager
EDUCATION
Required: Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing Program
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Minimum 3 years clinical experience
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Leadership, education, or quality improvement experience preferred
License/Certifications:
Required: Nebraska RN license, or license from participating Compact State
BLS for healthcare workers
ACLS within one year of hire to position
PALS OR ENPC within one year of hire to position
OB, PCU, OR: NRP within two years of hire to position
OB: AWOHNN Fetal Monitoring course within one year of hire to position
ED: TNCC within one year of hire to position
OR: TNCC within two years of hire to position
Infusion: Basic Chemotherapy Course completion within one year of hire to position
