Sanico-a certified family-owned small business-is a growing wholesale distributor of janitorial supplies and professional cleaning equipment, serving Upstate NY and Northeast PA. We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented warehouse pro to join our team at our Horseheads, NY location. This full-time position reports to the Horseheads Branch Manager and will plan an important role in ensuring the efficient management of inbound and outbound inventory of our warehouse, with a focus on the accurate, timely fulfillment of orders received through various e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay).

E-COMMERCE ORDER PREP: efficiently pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce orders for third-party pickup in the afternoon.

Receive inventory from delivery trucks, ensuring accurate counts and meticulous handling.

Rotate inventory into stock on the same day it is received.

Order picking

End-of-day truck loading

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory.

AS NEEDED

Backup delivery driver as necessary, using a 16' box truck.

Assist with occasional dispenser installations in the region.

Warehouse & shipping experience required.

Pick/Pack/Ship experience preferred.

Own transportation and valid driver's license required.

Experience with material handling equipment (pallet jack, hand truck) required.

Forklift certification preferred.

Non-CDL driving experience preferred

DOT Medical Card preferred

Physically able to work on feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 60 pounds regularly.

Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.

Strong communication skills and a team-focused, collaborative spirit.

Demonstrated work history of reliable attendance required.
