Position: Remote Technician

Job Description:
- Work from one of our service vans, visiting customers' homes or businesses for on-site repairs
- Perform electronic repairs on customers' devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for repair or replacement
- Service 6-8 customers per day on average, ensuring timely and quality repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Upsell accessories and our whole home protections plan to customers as needed to make extra $$$
- Hourly + per job completion bonus + commissions
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Reliable transportation
