Feature Pest & Termite LLC is seeking a fully qualified, confident, and self-motivated Commercial Pest Control Applicator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in providing high-quality service, building relationships with commercial clients, and working independently.
This is a full-time position (40–45 hours per week) with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working either 11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM. No weekend work is required under our standard schedule. But you can pickup weekend shifts if youre looking for the hours.
Applicants must currently hold a valid Missouri Commercial Pest Control Applicator License or be able to obtain one before their first day of employment.

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled commercial pest control services for a variety of businesses and facilities.
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify pest activity, conducive conditions, and structural concerns.
- Apply pesticides and pest management products in accordance with Missouri regulations and product labels.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for commercial accounts.
- Perform both initial pest control services for new customers and recurring maintenance services for existing customers.
- Maintain the flexibility to run both regular service routes and initial service routes as business needs require.
- Communicate professionally with property managers, business owners, and facility staff.
- Complete accurate service reports, recommendations, and treatment documentation.
- Maintain company equipment, application tools, and service vehicle in clean, professional condition.
- Follow all company safety policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with special services, preventative maintenance programs, and occasional residential accounts when needed.
Qualifications
- Missouri Commercial Pest Control Applicator License (Required) or ability to obtain before employment
- Previous commercial pest control experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work including walking, climbing ladders, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
