Indra Air Traffic is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management. This role serves as the primary contractual interface with customers and plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and advising legal and commercial leadership on contract-related business decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in federal procurement and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary lead for end-to-end contract management.

Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms and conditions with customers

Track key contractual deadlines and ensure alignment of documentation with program requirements

Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and serve as the primary customer interface on related compliance matters

Advise on contractual and business decision-making, supporting program performance and client relationship management

Act as the primary company interface with customer contracting officers and procurement agents
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Graduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experience

Experience working for a government contractor in the defense or aerospace sector, managing contracts with U.S. government customers

Demonstrated experience with FAR and DFARS from the contractor/seller side, including proposal support, contract negotiation, and compliance

Working knowledge of government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ)

Experience interfacing directly with government contracting officers as the contractor's representative

U.S. citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience specifically supporting DOT/FAA or DoD programs

Active or prior U.S. security clearance

Experience with ITAR/EAR export compliance
