Join our team at Energy Fitness & Gymnastics and help bring joy and memorable moments to children's special days! Our state-of-the-art, clean, and fun-filled facility is looking for energetic and dedicated Celebration Specialists to host and manage our unique Energy Parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise 1-hour of dynamic children’s activities, including cooperative games, obstacle courses, parachute play, trampoline exercises, and our exclusive Inflatable WaCkY MaZe.
- Lead a 30-minute celebration in our party lobby, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Set up and decorate the party room to create a festive and welcoming environment.
- Ensure a safe and caring atmosphere, guiding children through gym activities with enthusiasm and attention to safety.
- Serve refreshments and manage the distribution of food and drinks to guests.
- Clean up post-party, ensuring the facility is ready for future events.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children and creating celebratory experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children and adults.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in working with children is preferred but not required.
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are a plus.
