We are looking for an Energetic, Professional to be responsible for the direct supervision and of our Export Services team in the evening to master the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maximize labor productivity, carry out proper planning, direction, and scheduling to create an efficient workflow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Oversee Production-Services Department.
- Production oversight includes:
- Plan and execute the daily custom and co-packing activities, export-related prepackaged food service product labeling and dating services required by our export operations.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks.
- Clearly defines all workflows for maximum efficiency, refines and communicates SOP practices for each project.
- Coordinate with the Customer Experience and Operations Team to determine production and services priorities according to a tight deadline schedule.
- Maximize production line efficiencies. Complete labor reports for each job. Provide copies and analysis to executive management.
- Supervise the service-production team to ensure labels and dates are correct.
- Colloborate with Labeling department team to ensure smooth operations and minimize bottlenecks between export bilingual label production and the Services-Production team.
- Enforce strict procedures throughout.
- Plan and supervise ‘food bank’ type orders, where up to a dozen different items will be consolidated into single boxes for domestic distribution.
- Participate in daily & weekly meetings i.e., daily export pipeline, weekly forward planning, etc.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure all warehouse service operations are being done correctly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Set a good example for workers in terms of leadership and motivation.
- Demonstrate strong organization skills, and able to multitask. Possess a working basic knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing apps including MS365 and Google Docs.
- Competent written skills and effective verbal communication skills
- Team Player- must be able to collaborate across all departments.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
- This role requires an individual to quickly move between multiple locations in the warehouse including the production floor, chillers, and freezers to the offices.
- Heavy lifting not required. Forklift certification is a plus.
· Afterhours availability by work provided cell phone in the event of an emergency.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
