Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Position Summary
A well-established skilled nursing facility is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and lead overall facility performance. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality outcomes, managing financial performance, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations with a focus on quality care and resident satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Manage admissions, discharges, and census development activities
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation
Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
Qualifications
Active Nursing Home Administrator license required
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Proven leadership, team development, and communication skills
Experience managing budgets and financial operations
Admissions, marketing, or business development experience preferred
