Qualifications (Must Have):
- 1–3 years of LTE, CDMA, and 5G integration experience
- Experience with AT&T, T-Mobile (TMO), or Verizon (VZW) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and field execution skills
Certifications Required:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (valid or willing to obtain)
- CPR Certification
- RF Awareness / RF Safety Certification
- Defensive Driving
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift minimum 25 lbs
- Willingness to travel and work at field sites
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer standards
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Installation & Commissioning:
- DUS, DUL, BB5216, BB6630, BB6651, BB6672
- DUL to DUS swap, DUS to BBU5216 swap
- Extension rack installations (6101 / 6102 cabinets)
- Experience in Power Upgrades:
- Power sub-racks addition, PCU upgrades, battery relocation, router installs
- Knowledge of cabling: RF, CAT5/6, Fiber, T1 Copper
- Hands-on experience with:
- eNodeB / NodeB rehoming & reparenting
- License activation and software upgrades
- Experience with telecom test equipment
- CRAN experience is mandatory
- Experience in Test & Turn-up activities preferred
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
