About the Role
As a Product Development Engineer, you will drive innovation by transforming complex concepts into high-quality, manufacturable designs. You will leverage your expertise in 3D modeling and technical documentation to ensure our products meet rigorous performance standards while optimizing for cost and reliability.
Responsibilities-
Develop and refine detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks to support the full product lifecycle.

Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical and manufacturing teams to translate design intent into scalable production solutions.

Apply ASME Y14 standards and GD&T principles to ensure precision and clarity in all technical documentation.

Manage complex Bills of Materials (BOM) within ERP systems to facilitate seamless production integration.

Conduct thorough design reviews and provide technical guidance to peers to maintain high engineering standards.

Mentor junior staff and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

2-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.

Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drafting standards.

Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional certification such as Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP).

Prior experience with plastic injection molding design and manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with ISO documentation standards and quality management systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
