Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assembling electronic components and products, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. This position requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to work effectively on an assembly line.
Duties
- Assemble electronic components according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Fabricate parts as necessary to complete assembly tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an assembly role within a manufacturing facility or warehouse is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues during assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to electronic assembly.
- Ability to work on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Hiring entry level to expert candidates. No experience necessary (but preferred).
Pay rate is negotiable, DEPENDING ON ELECTRONICS EXPERIENCE.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience preferred (but not required): 1-3 years assembling small electronic/ microelectronic components/ parts.
- Experience preferred (but not required): : knowledge of electronic parts/ wire/ manufacturing

- Must have superior organizational skills, be detail oriented, and a high-energy self-motivated personality

- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
FULL-TIME (40 hours) POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1st SHIFT Monday through Friday.
8am - 4:30pm
Periodic overtime may be requested.
Pay rate starting range is from: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
NEGOTIABLE. WILL REFLECT AND DEPEND ON ELECTRONICS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICIATIONS, EDUCATION IN THIS FIELD, ETC.
There is a 90 day probational period. After 90 business days a review will commence and if mutally agreed that the candidate is a fit - will be hired on permanently.
