Job description
- Title insurance process in the Closing of residential and commercial purchase and sale and refinance real estate transactions.
- Conduct Title Search
- Evaluate Insurability
- Issuing Title Commitments
- Resolve Title Defects
- Maintain Compliance
- Assist with customers
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Education. High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Related experience preferred
