Ailana Health Care Services, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Learning Services – Individual (CLS-I) and Personal Assistance/Habilitation (PAB) to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support based on each participant’s service plan and needs
- Assist participants with daily living activities and personal support as needed
- Support participants in developing independence and achieving their individual goals
- Assist with community activities, and outings as assigned
- Encourage socialization, communication, and participation in the community
- Follow individual service plans, safety guidelines, and agency policies
- Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes
- Communicate appropriately with participants, families, and the care team
- Provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and willing to learn
- No prior experience required; training is provided
- Ability to follow individual service plans and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assigned participant
- Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required
