We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of optimizing processes.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including plumbers and plumber's helpers, to ensure smooth daily operations
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes
- Maintain equipment on trucks
- Oversee truck maintenance
- Data entry
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment
*Experience*
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control procedures and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
