Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care services for a geriatric client in McDonough, GA. This opportunity is ideal for an RN seeking supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or additional PRN hours.
The client requires assistance in a home setting, and the selected nurse will play an important role in supporting the client's overall health, safety, and well-being.
Position Details
- Geriatric home care patient
- Approximately 4 hours per week
- Potential for additional cases and hours as they become available

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care as directed by the plan of care
- Monitor and document patient condition and changes in status
- Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and care team
- Assist with medication management and health education as needed
- Ensure compliance with physician orders and agency policies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience preferred
- Home health, private duty, geriatrics, hospice, or related experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the patient's home
- Ability to work independently and provide compassionate patient-centered care
