We are in search of a Head of Growth and Strategy who can excel in this role. This position is for a Strategic Account team.

They offer services related to employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs. Their mission is to assist companies in motivating and engaging their employees, customers, and partners to drive superior outcomes.
Must demonstrate a consistent career history - no more than 4 positions held in the past 10 years - This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
Must reside in the greater New York City Area.
Responsibilities
- The Head of Growth and Strategy is accountable for identifying potential accounts, devising an entry strategy for accounts, conducting prospecting campaigns, establishing relationships, comprehending the customer's critical business strategies, and collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to devise and implement a solution to meet the customer's business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven track record of new business development in professional services sales.
- Experience in high-volume sales ($250k plus per sale).
- Familiarity with a wide range of sales cycles (ranging from three to six to twelve months).
- Stable work history with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last ten years.
- Earnings structured with highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated history of revenue growth through lead generation.
Compensation Opportunity
Compensation is uncapped and linked to performance. Offering a base salary of $140K plus commission and a bonus based on revenue generated and profitability for the fiscal year.
