La Cumbre Brewing Co is looking for a Packaging Technician/Cellar Person. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Must be self motivated, organized and have a strong attention to detail
- Work the packaging line, clean up and set up for next shift
- Build and load for outside distribution orders
- Wash and fill kegs according to schedule
- Taking daily inventories
- Ability to lift 26 lb repeatedly, lift 55 lb shoulder high and maneuver 165 lb (kegs)
- Cleaning all areas in and outside of the brewery. Including warehouse and coolers
- Following SOPs as written
- Accurate record keeping
- General facility and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with head brewer in regards to prioritizing schedule
- Forklift Operation
- Work safely with chemicals used in the brewery (PPE provided)
- Work with a sense of urgency to make sure the work gets done
- Work safely in accordance with LCBC standards
