We are looking for a driven, confident Sales Associate who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and thrive in a performance-based environment.

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting products that best fit their needs, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the purchase of hot tubs, swim spas, and pools
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations explaining hydrotherapy jets, insulation systems, energy efficiency, and sanitation options
- Assess customer needs, backyard space, and lifestyle goals to recommend the right solution
- Prepare detailed quotes including accessories, delivery, installation requirements, and financing
- Educate buyers on water care, maintenance basics, and ownership expectations
- Follow up aggressively on showroom leads and marketing inquiries
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hot tub, swim spa, and pool systems including basic components (pumps, heaters, filtration, water care systems)
- Understanding of water chemistry and pool/spa maintenance basics
- Ability to explain product features such as hydrotherapy benefits, insulation systems, energy efficiency, and sanitation options
- Experience discussing installation requirements (electrical, site preparation, delivery access)
- Familiarity with pool types (in-ground vs. above-ground) and related equipment
- Ability to educate customers on spa accessories, covers, steps, lifters, and water treatment products
- Experience selling big-ticket or lifestyle products
