College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in insurance lines of coverage, fundamental rating, underwriting and procedural skills.

Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Experience with Vertafore a plus.

Proven ability to exceed expectations.

Appropriate state insurance licenses and continuing education required.

Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.

Salary Range is $47,500 - $52,500.The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
