What Your Day Looks Like
- Knock doors in storm-affected Milwaukee-area neighborhoods and build your own pipeline
- Conduct roof inspections and identify storm and wind damage
- Educate homeowners on their options and walk them through the insurance claims process
- Close sales and hand off cleanly to our production team
- Follow up, stay organized, and keep your pipeline moving
- Represent the Omega Exteriors name with urgency, honesty, and pride in every interaction
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and a genuine competitive streak
- Confidence knocking on doors and starting conversations with strangers
- Comfortable being outdoors, on ladders, and on your feet for a full day
- Coachable — you take feedback and get better fast
- Resilient — a "no" doesn't slow you down, it's just the next door
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a people-facing role preferred — roofing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Able to pass a background check
