Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, attentive In Home Caregiver in Newington, CT.
Assist with wake routine, (help out of bed, toileting, dressing). **Socialization, accompany to activities within a facility, help with meals, advocating for pca assistance when needed, accompany to dialysis 3x weekly. *Companionship with client is very important.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming
- Communicate client needs to facility staff
- Provide companionship
- Communicate meal needs with kitchen daily
- Encourage client to get involved with daily activities
- Accompany to dialysis 3x week, and daily activities and outside sitting
Experience
- Prior experience working with dementia
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
