Restaurant Server/Bartender at ethos Greek Bistro
Since our opening, we've amassed over 1,000 reviews with a 5-star rating. We are now looking for passionate, service-driven individuals to join our team as a Server and/or Bartender. In this role, you’ll ensure every guest has an enjoyable dining experience by providing ethical food and drinks, with exceptional service at a great value. Servers and bartenders are responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Server
- Guide guests through the menu with complete product knowledge.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly.
- Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through opening, running, and closing side work.
Bartender
- Greet guests seated at the bar and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes.
- Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Check IDs to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Engage guests at the bar with menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients throughout the shift.
- Assist in opening and closing the bar area, including setup and breakdown.
Qualifications
- A great personality — you’re the face of our restaurant!
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, full-service dining environment.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and work well with others.
- Must be available to work Sundays/Mondays, weekends, and holidays.
- Weekend shifts may go until 10:30 PM; weekday nights until 9:30 PM.
