Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all quality standards and customer expectations are met

Coordinate schedules and resources with technicians, installers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, clearly communicating project requirements and providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
