Oak Park Early Learning Academy, Richmond IN, invites applications for a part-time Child Care Support Staff position. Working independently under the guidance and direction of the Office Manager.
This position is/can be responsible for:
- Providing teacher lunch/bathroom breaks
- Relieving teachers at end of their shifts
- Filling in for call offs
- Preparing sanitizing solutions
- Light cleaning/diapering
- General assistance
This position must be conducted in adherence with state and federal regulations, and our policies and procedures.
Eligibility for this position requires a pre-employment drug screening, health exam, tuberculosis screening test, background and fingerprinting checks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18+
- Minimum education: High school diploma
- Communication skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers, parents and children, regulation consultants, education specialists and public.
