Position: Warehouse Associate
Compensation: $22.00–$25.00/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Estimated Annual: ~$45,760–$52,000 + comprehensive benefits
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base, paid monthly

Our North Hollywood warehouse is the engine behind every order, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to keep it running.
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), electric and manual pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move, organize, and stage inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders against daily productivity quotas and accuracy targets.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or shortages; verify deliveries against purchase orders and escalate discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks, counting and verifying items throughout.
- Assemble promo bundles and rebox returned products per established procedures.
- Perform inventory tasks: cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), putaway, and product location.
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved on daily production pulls.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and fulfill orders.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and SOPs.
Must-Have Skills
- 1+ year of warehouse experience (picking, packing, staging, shipping/receiving) — or 6 months with demonstrated forklift proficiency.
- Forklift certification or verifiable sit-down/stand-up forklift operating experience.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or similar).
- Working knowledge of OSHA-aligned safety practices: proper lifting technique, PPE use, hazard awareness.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for full 8-hour shifts, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Strong reliability and attendance record.
- Basic math and counting accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Bendi/Flexi articulating forklifts.
- Familiarity with electric and propane-powered equipment.
- Prior experience with returns processing or bundle/kit assembly.
