Affirmed Home Care is hiring New York State Certified Home Health Aides for a daytime home care opportunity in Deer Park, NY.
Deer Park Case
9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 7 Days a Week
We are seeking reliable HHAs who are interested in a consistent daytime case. Caregivers may be considered based on their availability and the days they are able to work.

Your Responsibilities
As an HHA, you will provide compassionate one-on-one care and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Responsibilities may include:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
-
Assistance with daily living activities
-
Mobility and transfer assistance
-
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
-
Medication reminders
-
Companionship
-
Light housekeeping and laundry
-
Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
Requirements
CURRENT NEW YORK STATE HHA CERTIFICATE REQUIRED
Qualified candidates should have:

Current physical examination
-
Current PPD or QuantiFERON documentation, or applicable chest X-ray
-
MMR documentation
-
Authorization to work in the United States
-
Previous HHA experience preferred
-
Reliable attendance and professional communication
Reliable transportation is a plus, but a vehicle is not required.
