Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with new and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized coverage solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through calling, pivoting to in-book clients, working leads (paid by agency) and referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions (auto, home, life, etc.) to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Sales Process Management: Follow the sales process from initial contact to closing, including quoting, issuing policies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set.
Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Maryland Insurance License (Property & Casualty). Must have before start day, but not required to apply.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and working in a consultative sales environment.
- Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and retaining clients for long-term relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- Technology: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other insurance-related tools or otherwise, able to learn such tools with ease.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
