Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on demos to enhance customer understanding
- Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile plans, devices, and accessories that match their lifestyle
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales performance
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is inviting and well-stocked
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or incoming inquiries, ensuring clear communication
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or electronics environment
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
