We are seeking a full time Recruiting Assistant to work in our Fairfax office to help and support the Recruiter with various aspects of hiring and retaining caregivers. This position plays an integral part in the success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Process Applications: (background checks, reference checks, document verification, onboarding for new hires).
- Assists with data entry and data tracking
- Ensure caregiver credentials, training and documents stay current
- Various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective hiring and retention of employees
- Ability to prioritize ongoing and new tasks while managing in a fast-paced environment
Candidates Should Have:
- 1+ years of experience of Administrative Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
