Location: Lady Lake, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
- $900–$1,250/day DOE (Junior dentists start around $900/day with growth potential)
- 10% of office profits

Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join its modern PPO-only practice in Lady Lake, FL. The organization provides complete operational support—including scheduling, billing, collections, HR, compliance, marketing, and staff training—allowing dentists to focus entirely on patient care. Must-Have Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida Dental License
- Experience performing comprehensive general dentistry procedures
- Experience with molar endodontics
- Experience operating a CBCT machine
- No pending disciplinary actions
- Strong ethics and patient-centered approach
- Team-oriented personality willing to assist where needed
