As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Answering phone inquiries and assisting with takeout orders.
- Utilizing our POS system to manage guest information and reservations.
- Communicating effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest needs promptly.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to the role. To succeed in this position, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
