Job Summary
Daffy Ducts is building a residential HVAC department from the ground up, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can perform high-quality installations while also supporting residential service, repairs, diagnostics, and duct system modifications.
This is primarily a hands-on field position. You'll spend much of your time completing residential HVAC replacements and installations, but you must also be comfortable running service calls, diagnosing common system issues, performing repairs, and modifying duct systems to improve airflow and comfort.
We're looking for someone who understands that replacing equipment is only part of the job. We believe every HVAC system should perform as designed, which means paying attention to airflow, ductwork, static pressure, quality workmanship, and the overall customer experience.
You'll work alongside our HVAC Service Leader and ownership as we continue building our HVAC department, installation standards, and Airflow First process.
If you're someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and wants to grow with a company that's building something different, we'd love to talk with you.
