At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, we help clients feel better, faster through personalized IV therapy, vitamin injections, weight loss support, BHRT, and NAD+ treatments. The Green Bay Bellevue location is looking for a confident, client-focused RN who wants to bring their clinical skills into a calm, spa-like setting with a team that genuinely has each other's backs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver Exceptional Care - Administer IV hydration, vitamin injections, and other wellness treatments safely and skillfully.
- Own the Consultation - Confidently guide clients through a personalized wellness conversation, understand their goals, and recommend the right service or membership for them.
- Educate & Build Trust - Speak knowledgeably about our services (IV therapy, weight loss, BHRT, NAD+) so clients leave every visit more informed and more likely to come back.
- Create the Vibe - Help maintain a relaxing, welcoming, spa-like experience for every client who walks through the door.
- Jump In - Notice what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be asked. We're a small team and everyone pitches in.
- Collaborate - Work alongside a fun, supportive team that's genuinely invested in client care and in each other.
What You Bring to the Table
- Active RN license in Wisconsin (required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (required)
- BLS certification
- Strong, confident IV skills
- Energetic, upbeat, client-first personality - you make people feel taken care of
- Confidence leading consultations and comfort talking through product/service options
- Self-motivated and collaborative - you don't need to be managed closely, and you're happy to support teammates
- Genuine interest in wellness, holistic health, and functional medicine
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus, not required - but you should be comfortable recommending services and memberships when they genuinely fit the client
Schedule
- 1 Saturday shift per month - guaranteed
- 1 to 2 weekday shifts per month - offered based on scheduling need
- Additional shifts regularly available for nurses who want more hours
